This Dinner at Home comes with flour on our hands and something a little deeper on the table.
We’ll start in the kitchen — learning the basics of traditional Italian dishes in a cozy, hands-on cooking workshop. You’ll learn the secrets behind a few traditional recipes, get your hands messy (in the best way), and then gather around the table to enjoy everything we’ve cooked, family-style.
But dinner is just the beginning.
This evening’s question invites us inward:
What inner narratives or emotional wounds have kept you from fully receiving or allowing abundance in your life?
From self-worth to scarcity, we’ll gently explore the quiet beliefs that shape how we receive — love, money, joy, success — and what it might look like to let more in.

Your Host: Susana Albuquerque
Susana Albuquerque is a TEDx speaker, positive psychology coach, and founder of My Soul Project, where she combines mindfulness, behavioral change, and financial education to help individuals and organizations unlock their creative potential. With over 20 years of experience in leadership, public policy, and sustainable development, she has contributed to initiatives aligned with the UN's SDGs and led the Portuguese Network for Sustainable Development and Social Innovation. Susana is also the author of Financial Independence for Women and a passionate advocate for financial literacy and personal growth. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, Susana has a background in law and international finance and has worked as a lawyer in both Portugal and England. Outside of her professional life, Susana enjoys meditating, beach walks, dancing, cinema, music, and hiking.
Your Chef: Franz Orsi
Franz Orsi is an Italian expat with a lifelong passion for authentic Italian cooking and surfing. Raised on homemade pasta and Sunday ragù, he brings the spirit of Italy’s regional kitchens to life through hands-on, joy-filled workshops. His dinners are all about simplicity, connection, and flavor — celebrating the joy of sharing good food, good stories, and a true taste of Italy.
All meals are 3-courses, cooked in-home by a professional chef, and will include:

Wine & non-alcoholic option of either infused water or teas
