ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS:
Matt Baran is the founder of Baran Studio Architecture with 25 years of experience as a licensed architect, developer, and builder. He's led projects across all phases—from design to construction—in residential, commercial, and community sectors. His background also includes real estate development, property acquisition, financing, and construction management for both site-built and modular projects.
Donovan Adesoro is the Head of Development at Buildcasa, where he leverages new California legislation to create more middle housing through lot splits and infill development. As a young and dynamic developer, he brings fresh energy to the industry, having completed 28 projects to date, with over 40 units currently in permitting or under construction.
