Minisha is a TEDx speaker and GenAI trainer and consultant. Her mission is to empower non-technical professionals to become confident with GenAI. Over the past 2 years, she has worked with corporates and startups to help them implement AI in business operations. Her background spans consulting and operations in SaaS, AI tech, and Financial Services. She also shares AI knowledge through TikTok, reaching 20,000 followers!
🎤 Chris Fernandes
Chris is an AI startup operator and tech enthusiast. He started in customer operations at Intel before moving into early-stage tech through a Venture Capital firm. He founded a healthtech startup to support injury recovery, and now builds AI businesses as a venture builder. He’s currently building Mirror, an AI-enabled customer success tool helping CSMs action customer signals faster and smarter.
🎤 Emma McRedmond
Emma is the London Executive Sponsor for Women of Customer Success and founder of OneOne Services, where she provides consultancy, coaching, and mentorship. Being a former Global VP of Customer Success and having over 20+ years in SaaS and tech, she’s led global customer teams and pioneered customer success functions across industries like finance, maritime intelligence, and government defence.
