SPECIAL EVENT - Sound Bath (Broughton) - SPORTS PAVILION FUND RAISING EVENT

​Full Sound bath

​​This sound bath is being held to raise money for the new Broughton community sports pavilion, with all profits going to help complete the build.

​The benefits of sound baths are backed by significant research and proven to help reduce stress, anxiety and chronic pain. They allow us to achieve a deep sense of relaxation.

​They are perfect for those who would love to be able to meditate but have been been able.

​​Led by Phil who trained with the British Academy of Sound Therapy, participants will experience the healing sounds and frequencies of Himalayan Bowls, Gongs and Crystal Bowls during this deeply relaxing group Sound Bath.

​​£15 per session. (All profits going to Broughton Sports Pavilion)

​Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.

​Please bring something to lay on, pillow or two and blankets. Warm clothing is advised.

​Please note: You are advised not to attend if in 1st Trimester of Pregnancy, or experience seizures or epilepsy
