From Calgary to Silicon Valley: TKS Info Session ft. Fangjin Yang
Curious what ambitious teens are doing to stand out, think bigger, and build the future?
Join us online on Saturday, July 26th for a virtual info session about The Knowledge Society (TKS) — a 10-month innovation program for students ages 13–17.
You'll learn how TKS trains curious young people to tackle real-world problems using emerging technologies like AI, genomics, and quantum computing. We’ll walk through how the program works, what students gain, and how to apply.
🎤 Special Guest: Fangjin Yang (FJ)
We’ll be joined by FJ Yang, a Calgary-born entrepreneur and co-founder of Imply, a unicorn startup backed by Andreessen Horowitz and Thoma Bravo. FJ will talk about why he wanted to become an entrepreneur — and why he believes the world needs more young innovators.
This session is for students and parents who want to go beyond the traditional path and see what’s possible when teens start thinking like innovators.
Reserve your spot now by clicking the Register button. It’s free to attend — and it might just change how you see the future.
