1. Refunds will be issued only in the event of cancellation of the entire event by the organizers.

2. No refunds will be provided for individual cancellations or no-shows.

3. Tickets are non-transferable. Refunds will not be issued for unused tickets.

4. In the case of cancellation by the organizers, refunds will be processed within 10 days of the cancellation announcement.

5. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

6. Any processing fees incurred during the transaction are non-refundable.

7. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to 

  within 5 days of the cancellation announcement.

8. The decision of the organizers regarding refunds shall be final and binding.
