Data for Black Lives III
For us, a movement is more than a word. It’s a catalyst for dismantling silos and unlocking technologies, ensuring access and power aren’t gatekept. It’s our common ground, fueling the fires of collective visions and dreams through the harshest political winters.
In November, after the election, Data for Black Lives will unite our movement of scientists and activists in Miami to tackle critical issues like health, economic justice, climate, and governance. Join us in shaping a future free from algorithmic oppression and where AI is a tool of liberation.
This conference will serve as a homecoming for our global movement. It will be an opportunity for connection, collaboration, and co-conspiration between some of the foremost data scientists, mathematicians, movement organizers, and activists at the helm of research and policy fights happening now that will shape the next fifty years.
Preview the program and be on the lookout for speaker announcements. Be sure to get your tickets, as we expect to reach capacity quickly. I look forward to seeing you all soon.
