+1 Speed Dating [admits 2]

​Everyone says they want to meet someone "through friends," and we help make it happen. Grab a pal and join us for speed dating with a twist: everyone brings a great single friend for someone else to meet!

​​​Each ticket includes admission for 2 people (1 woman interested in men + 1 man interested in women). Your +1 can be a platonic friend you think would be great for someone else, or a crush you'd like to find a cheeky way to spend time with... up to you! Attendees of this event must bring a single friend of the orientation they're interested in to gain admission.

​This event is sponsored by Breeze: the dating app for real dates. When you match, you can't chat, but they'll arrange your first date at a partner venue right away. Show us your Breeze profile and they'll cover your first drink of the night!

​Agenda:

• ​​7:00-7:20: Check-in (please arrive on time and with your +1 for smooth check-in. Doors close promptly at 7:20.)

• ​7:30-9:00: Speed Dating (Get 6 minutes to chat with each other person)

• ​9:00-10:00: Let's party! (Revisit earlier conversations, check back in with your +1, or make some new friends... the night is yours!)

​Finally, we need YOUR help bringing together the best single people in NYC! If you're hoping to meet other people's great single friends, we require that you bring one for someone else to meet as well.

​Q: What if I don't have anyone to bring?

​​​A: We get that this might be a challenge, but we encourage you to keep your eyes open for great single friends you may have overlooked. Is there a college pal, coworker, or friend-of-a-friend you might not be thinking of? Try asking around, and you might be surprised by who wants to join you.

​This should go without saying, but please only bring people you like and trust. If you wouldn't be happy to see a friend date them, please don't bring them. They don't have to be your best friend, but you should know them well enough to vouch for them.
