🅿️We recommend arriving a few minutes before the session to give yourself enough time to park, find us and get comfortable. Street parking and parking lot available with pay by phone.
💆♂️Feel free to wear whatever you feel comfortable with while lying down for the session.
🧣Feel free to bring your own yoga mat and consider bringing a blanket, sweater, or pillow whatever will make feel as comfortable as possible during our 60 min session. (When you get to a deep state, your body temperature can drop, and you might feel cold)
