Allen Hu: Venture Partner at CCV Capital
Allen Hu joined CCV Capital as a venture partner in 2024. Allen is based in Silicon Valley, working to expand the U.S. market for CCV Capital. Before joining CCV Capital, Allen Hu was Venture Partner at AdvanTech Capital and Sequoia Capital.
Jonathan Qiu: Global Partner at Meridian Capital Asia.
Before joining Meridian, he served as a partner at multiple venture capital funds, including Decent Capital, Sky9, Fosun, and Hony Capital, with extensive experience in venture investment and cross-border financing .He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Peking University, and pursued a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Southern California (USC), specializing in Multi-Agent Systems. He was a member of the championship-winning RoboCup team, holds multiple technology patents, has published in top-tier AI conferences, and was formerly a guest lecturer at Stanford University's School of Engineering. With over 20 years of experience in Silicon Valley, he held senior technical leadership roles at Cisco and Brocade headquarters, and was an early T4 expert architect and Director of Technology at Tencent Cloud, with deep expertise in technical leadership, architecture design, and product implementation.
Luke Tang: Managing Partner @ G Vision Capital
Luke Tang is Managing Partner at G Vision Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm in Silicon Valley focused on AI and hardware. He was previously the CEO of a global startup accelerator with operations in 7 countries and 25 cities, and held key roles in the high-tech and M&A practices of McKinsey & Company. Luke holds a PhD in Optoelectronics from Stanford University and is the inventor of 12 U.S. patents.
Xinjian Zhou: Associate Dean of Beijing Institute of Collaborative Innovation (BICI), President of BICI USA and BICI London.
Dr. Zhou received his B.S. and Ph.D. in Physics from Peking University and Cornell University, respectively. Before joining BICI, Dr. Zhou has worked in product development and system at ASML, technology scouting and investment as Venture Manager at Technology To Business (TTB) center of Siemens, and technology transfer as BD director at Xerox PARC.
Wally Wang: Founding Managing Parner, Scale Asia Ventures
Wally Wang is the Founding Managing Partner of Silicon Valley-based early-stage venture fund SAV (Scale Asia Ventures), and was named one of Business Insider’s Top 100 Early-Stage Investors in 2025 (#Seed100), focused on Enterprise Software and AI-enabled Vertical Industries.
