About Event

Large language and vision models are now becoming agentic. They are able to explore the internet and interact with the world of bits.

The obvious next step for them is to interact with the world of atoms by controlling physical systems and robots.

LeRobot is the open-source library of Hugging Face written in Python that aims to accelerate R&D and is fully integrated with affordable robots.

LeRobot contains pretrained models, crowdsourced datasets, and simulation environments, but also tools to record data on real robots and control them end-to-end with Vision-Language-Action models (VLA) based on Google PaliGemma.

Our guest, Remi Cadene, principal research scientist at Hugging Face, will share the technical detials behind LeRobot project.
