​Join us for an evening of climate-centered mindfulness! Featuring guided meditation, breathwork and a crystal bowl sound healing — plus we'll be holding space for reflection and conversation related to how we can all play a role in the local climate movement. 💖

Through meditation and community, we’ll turn eco-anxiety into action and rest into resilience.

​This special evening will include a guided meditation and breathwork session led by Izabela Sanchez followed by a crystal bowl sound bath led by Holly Alvarado. Afterwards we will make time for connective conversation. ✨

🌿 This event is open to all — it is free for our HeyClimate members with a suggested donation of $8 for the rest of the public. So bring a friend! Funds go directly to help cover the event costs.

Meet Our Facilitators 💚

Izabela Sanchez is a Medicine Woman at heart, practicing curanderismo and working with the sacred elements of the Earth to support collective healing. Rooted in Mexica traditions, she integrates ancestral wisdom and indigenous practices to guide others on their journey of transformation.

Holly Alvarado is a Holy Fire Reiki Master, Akashic Records Reader, and Sound Bath Practitioner dedicated to helping others rediscover their inner freedom through spiritual healing. She offers heart-centered, intuitive, and transformative sessions that support those in the midst of spiritual awakenings or on a journey of self-discovery.
