​this summer we’re heading to The Island, a private oasis in the oxfordshire countryside, for a 3-night founder retreat built around longevity. on an actual island.

​i know, i know — when you think 'island' you imagine the beautiful caribbean sea, BUT let me tell you, england in the height of summer is not to be sniffed at...

​we’re bringing together an intimate group of leading tech founders for a focused experience on recovery, rest, and reconnection. expect nature-driven programming: sunrise yoga by the water, fireside chats under the stars, and state-of-the-art medical tests (IVs, blood work, performance diagnostics and more), all designed to help you reset, reconnect, and recharge.

​we'll also go deep on the problems facing our startups at the moment, and come away not just recharged, but with the path to taking our businesses to the next level.
