Monday Night Chess: The Halloween Gambit
Please join us for Monday Night Chess at Stripes NYC on Monday, October 28 for a night of healthy brains, fun and games (chess).
Brainwave is BACK. With tricks (sacrifice the queeeeen) and treats (the best cookies in nyc).
At risk of letting zombies know of all of the healthy brains that'll be gathering in one place, we'll be brief.

Prepare for the greatest Halloween chess party New York has
EVER seen. The Halloween Gambit is here.
Monday, October 28 at 8pm@stripes_nyc
Costume contest? Obviously.
Chess? You bet your bottom dollar.
Friends with healthy brains? AN ABUNDANCE.
Stripes NYC is a health and wellness-focused coffee, cacao, and wine shop in Greenwich Village. Brainwave has partnered with them for regular chess nights, and we will be doing these anywhere from 1-2x per month.
These events are powered by the Mathew Forbes Romer Foundation: a nonprofit, founded in 1998, on a mission to cure rare children’s genetic brain diseases (aka those who were not lucky enough to be born with a healthy brain).
Entry is free with RSVP. Wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase, as well as baked goods (cookies, rugelach, etc).
All levels welcome! See you there :)
