Dive into the Future of Blue Carbon
Join us in person for an exciting showcase of innovative blue carbon solutions in Singapore! This event marks the culmination of the BC+ Challenge, a groundbreaking program designed to support and accelerate early-stage projects and businesses focused on conserving and restoring blue carbon coastal ecosystems around the world.
This challenge is split into three mini-competitions, each offering $50,000 in grant funding for one team in each category:
Pilot Stage: Early-stage startups or projects in their initial development phase.
Scaling Stage: Fully launched businesses working to scale their operations.
Community-Led Enterprise: Enterprises owned and/or managed by community members.
Investors, blue carbon enthusiasts, ocean stakeholders, environmental activists, entrepreneurs, and innovators in coastal ecosystem preservation are welcome.

What is The BC+ Initiative?
Launched in 2024 by Conservation International and The Nature Conservancy, Blue Carbon Plus (BC+) accelerates business models that incentivize blue carbon ecosystem conservation, improve local economies with technical assistance and grant funding, and attract additional finance for scaling impact.
The BC+ Challenge will take place 5-9 May, 2025 in Singapore, and this is the culminating finale demo day and pitch competition.
