Ashley approaches all her work systemically, with evidence-based methods, a commitment to excellence, and a heap of proactive, can-do energy. Ashley's life and career transitions include living and working in three different countries (USA, UK, Switzerland), becoming a parent (using IVF-ICIS) to two boys, and navigating various job changes, e.g., marketing, communications, event planning, fundraising, community relations, and learning & organizational development.
