About Event

PLG is almost universally applied (or desired) by every B2B product company. But the biggest PLG success stories are companies that focus on the SMB segment. A question that a lot of PM, GTM, and Growth leaders are wrestling with is how to evolve a PLG motion as you move upmarket.

Join this session with 2 B2B product leaders as they discuss the intersection of product led growth with enterprise pricing, positioning, and purchasing. All your burning questions will be answered, including:

1. How might your PLG motion start to change as you look to attract more Enterprise admins and buyers?
2. How do you navigate the tension between viral growth and Enterprise expectations in large accounts?
3. What mindset and behavior shifts are needed in your PM/GTM teams to continue PLG success upmarket?
