We're excited to be joined by Rich Maloy, Managing Partner at Springtime Ventures and Tyler Crown, Vice President at Unusual Ventures.

Rich Maloy
Rich’s mission is to rebuild the American dream through entrepreneurship. He believes technology gives all people the opportunity to grow, learn and earn. He is a Managing Partner at SpringTime Ventures and the host of the VC Minute podcast. With prior careers in finance and sales, he's been focused on the startup ecosystem for over a dozen years. He's a father of two young children and loves sci-fi, skiing, and video games.
Tyler Crown
Tyler is a Vice President at Unusual Ventures, focusing on investments in SaaS and fintech. He is passionate about businesses with thoughtful customer acquisition strategies that disrupt legacy processes and systems. Tyler got his start in venture capital at Assurant Ventures, where he focused on investments in the fintech, proptech, and insurtech sectors, seeing multiple successful exit events. Before that, Tyler was a part of the strategic consulting group at Deloitte where he worked with financial services and insurance clients. Tyler holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business where he was Co-President of the Fintech Club. He also holds a BS in Finance and Business Analytics from the University of Virginia, where he graduated as an Echols Scholar. In his free time, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife, exploring local restaurants and breweries, being active outdoors, and supporting his favorite sports team, Liverpool FC.
