CUTC Showcase

​We're building a space for builders, creative technologists, budding founders, and more to showcase their passion projects. We believe that some of the best ideas (AirBnb, Slack, Dropbox, and countless others) - come from the creativity outside our 9-5.

​What can you expect?

​We'll have booths for you to demo your project, and if you'd like, you can present on stage to all our attendees.

​You'll be showcasing to the following groups of people:

• ​Young people like yourself - inspire them to start that side project they've been pushing off and make new friends

• ​Successful founders - we'll bring a handful of seasoned entrepreneurs/engineers for you to get feedback and build connections with

• ​Startup incubators

• ​Early-stage VCs/angel investors

​What is CUTC?

​The Canadian Undergraduate Technology Conference was founded in 1999 with the mission of bringing together Canada's coolest students, and giving them an experience of education, connection, and awe. We want to expose young people to the world's best, and empower them to achieve greatness.

​In the past, we've had speakers such as Harley Finkelstein (President @ Shopify), Mike Lazaridis (Founder @ BlackBerry), Chamath Palihapitiya (Investor + Founder @ Social Capital), and been sponsored by organizations such as Microsoft, Amazon, and IBM.

• ​The showcase is part of CUTC 2023, which is hosted from 9AM - 6:30PM on May 6, 2023. Learn more here.

• ​If your team gets selected for the showcase, you get free admission to CUTC 2023.

  • ​If you've bought your tickets before your admission to CUTC, you will be refunded (but we'll be enrolling people on a near daily basis - so try applying here first)

  • ​Apply once per team
