A sprinkle of creativity, a boatload of butter, and countless spoon-licking moments—Das Makes Cakes was born from a passion for transforming raw ingredients into delicious works of art.
After losing her magazine job in London, Das discovered baking as a joyful challenge and quickly fell in love with experimenting in the kitchen.
Though she once admired fondant masterpieces from afar, her curiosity (and many YouTube tutorials) soon led her to tackle her own dramatic cake designs—starting with her daughter’s birthday cake.
Today, Das shares that same sense of fun and artistry with every sweet treat she creates.
