We understand that emergencies can happen. If you need to cancel due to illness, caring responsibilities, or another serious reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to offer a fair solution.

Please email finance@opendigital.coop with your name, ticket details, and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days.
