OxFounders & SciBiz Startup Pitch Competition

​Welcome to the OxFounders & SciBiz Pitching Competition!

​Coming all the way from Oxford University, OxFounders Global is in São Paulo to host an exclusive startup pitch competition in collaboration with USP's SciBiz conference.

​We’re bringing together the best 10 startups from across the five days of the SciBiz conference to pitch in front of an audience of leading investors and ecosystem shapers from LATAM and, virtually, from Oxford.

​This is the first ever time the Oxford and Brazilian startup ecosystems come together for an event of this kind.

​Our guest of honour is Sarah Clegg, Deputy Consul General of the United Kingdom in São Paulo.

​SciBiz is one of the biggest science and business conferences in LATAM and is in its 7th year. The event attendees are an even split between founders and investors (VC & angel), as well as the UK consulate team, UK-Brazil Tech Hub, British Chamber of Commerce, and media.

​As well as exposure to leading investors, our top three winning teams will also receive prizes worth in excess of $5000, from AWS and Oracle.
