​Josh Fryday serves as GO-Serve Director and California’s Chief Service Officer within the Office of Governor Gavin Newsom to lead service, volunteer, and civic engagement efforts throughout California.  During this talk, he will share his efforts in mobilizing people to engage with climate action and discuss his thoughts on why this work is important, how it can be done effectively, and what needs to be done in order to make change happen.
