Group Coaching Session: Writing the Ending—A creative approach to problem-solving
Writing the Ending - A creative approach to problem-solving
When we’re faced with a challenge, we can have a tendency to jump to conclusions, coming up with solutions before we’ve had time to really understand the problem. Likewise, when we’re stuck, we can find ourselves going round in circles when it’s better to stop and find another way to consider how we get ourselves from A to B.
Inspired by a technique used by a Booker Prize-winning author, Writing the Ending is a creative approach that will encourage you to step away from your preconceptions and to see your problem in a new light.
In this reflective and interactive session, you will be invited to engage in a writing exercise to help you get clarity and a sense of direction for a current challenge.
Whether you’re super creative or simply have an open-mind you are invited to come along and try something a bit different.
Who is it for?
Anyone is welcome. I’ve previously run Writing the Ending with People leaders in HR, learning and talent roles as part of my Creative Spaces… Communities of Practice.
A testimonial from a previous participant:
“Creative Spaces… provided a supportive environment where I could explore my thoughts in new, creative ways. It was different from any other experience – intentionally abstract – and encouraged reflection on both work and life. It allowed me to clarify some personal and professional goals in a unique, energizing way. For anyone considering Creative Spaces, bring an open mind and trust the process—it’s the freedom and originality here that make it truly valuable.”
