Lately, we feel that product management has become overly focused on methodologies and frameworks. While these are important, we believe it’s time to reconnect with what makes this job so exciting—the craft of building great products that drive real business success. That’s why we created Product Craft: a new meetup series with a hands-on approach, where we share real experiences and discuss tangible outcomes.

​​A straightforward exploration of how low-code/no-code agent-based tools can enhance Scrum team efficiency.
Before this demonstration, we tested whether AI agents could fully or partially replace a Scrum team. This led us to explore two radically different architectures in terms of AI autonomy, using two low-code/no-code tools:

• ​​A simple workflow built with n8n

• ​​A supervisor-worker agent-based architecture using Flowise

​​This session includes a clear, educational introduction to AI agents, explaining their levels of autonomy and highlighting key differences from traditional workflow automation. We also dive into the challenges of designing these systems, particularly the balance between autonomy and reliability.
