​About Women in Customer Success

​Women in Customer Success is a global initiative dedicated to empowering and showcasing women in the Customer Success industry. Launched during the pandemic by Marija Skobe-Pilley, the initiative began with the Women in Customer Success Podcast—the first podcast of its kind, where remarkable women in Customer Success share their journeys, insights, and expertise. WiCS has since grown into a thriving global community with over 18,000 members on LinkedIn, offering mentoring, masterclasses, and career advancement programs.

​Marija Skobe-Pilley

​Meet Marija Skobe-Pilley, the founder of Women in Customer Success - a network for connecting, inspiring and showcasing women in the Customer Success industry. She started the movement during the pandemic, to provide a platform for women to connect, inspire and champion each other. Marija is committed to bringing remarkable ladies to the show, from all career stages and backgrounds, to share their inspirational stories and practical tools to help others succeed and make an impact. Now, Marija is an award-winning Customer Success strategist, coach and CS course creator.

​A proud mom of two, mainly in charge of school runs, cooking, and organising family travels to discover new cultures. She’s also an avid runner, having completed the London Marathon in 2025.
