About Event
If you are in CS, looking to break into CS, or looking to grow your career in Customer Success, this bookclub is for you. We will assign certain chapters for you to read and come together once every few weeks to discuss. We also tend to invite the AUTHORs of the book to one of our sessions for some Live Q&A.
