AAL MICS (AI Accelerator Lab presents Major Innovative Constructive Showcase) is a recurring, interactive showcase that spotlights breakthrough work from founders and innovators in AI and adjacent creative fields. Each session is designed to foster exposure, meaningful connections, and knowledge-sharing, driving both individual growth and collective advancement in the APAC innovation ecosystem.
Our Guest: Provides Ng
Provides Ng is an architecture designer and researcher, known for her work at the intersection of metaverse, decentralisation, and participatory design.
She is a Lecturer at the Bartlett School of Architecture (UCL), PhD Candidate at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), Treasurer of The Association for Computer-Aided Architectural Design Research in Asia (CAADRIA), Committee Member at the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of the HKSAR, Associate Member at the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA), and Managing Editor of B-pro Prospectives Journal (interim).
Provides was a researcher at the Strelka Institute Moscow and alumnus at Städelschule Architecture Class (SAC) Germany. She co-founded two international R&D collectives, specialising in the application of AI to volumetric cinema and bio-inspired design: Current.cam and R.E.Ar_.
