Cascadia College Stormwater Quality Workshop
Join us at Cascadia College for a hands-on workshop exploring the science of stormwater and how it impacts our environment. Learn how professionals monitor stormwater quality and get an up-close look at the tools and techniques used in the field. Then, put your knowledge into action with a fun "Build Your Own Filter" activity—see if you can clean dirty water using simple materials! Perfect for curious minds of all ages, this interactive session will leave you inspired to protect our waterways.
We will be meeting on the third floor of the CC1 building in room CC1-351.
Parking - on campus is paid everywhere. The North Garage is the closest to the room we will be in. Free parking in Bothell on the street exists, as well as at City Hall and the Park and Ride. These options are all around 10-20 min. walk from campus, however.
By registering for this event, you agree to share your registration information with the organizers of PNW Climate Week, receive communications about PNW Climate Week, and acknowledge that photos/videos may be taken for promotional use.
