Cross Domain AI Collective meets the first Thursday of each month at Frontier Tower in the simulation annex on the AI floor from 6-9pm, focusing on the strategic behavior of agents—whether in virtual worlds, across the internet, or occasionally in robotics.
This Thursday's Session
We're tackling Alpha Evolve and Darwin-Gödel machines, diving into the technical mechanisms behind evolving AI systems and self-improving computational frameworks.
Session Structure
Each meeting features 1-hour focused paper reviews followed by 2 hours to work on your projects and chill. We alternate between low-level sessions (more technical deep-dives) and higher-level sessions (broader conceptual discussions).
How We Operate
Our rotating leadership works simply: whoever is presenting sets the norms and facilitates that session. We democratically come to consensus on which papers to read, maintaining our focus on agent strategy and embodied AI applications. The collective intentionally stays small at 8-16 members to foster intimate, substantive discussions.
Research Inspiration
We're deeply inspired by foundational work in agent behavior and virtual worlds—from Stanford's Generative Agents ("Westworld paper") to sophisticated game agents like Cicero, Voyager, and SIMA. Our interests span curiosity-driven exploration (Go-Explore), interpretability research (Anthropic), and the emerging frontier of sovereign agents living on the internet. We explore how agents reason through code (Chain of Code), navigate infinite simulations, and develop sensorimotor agency in novel environments.
Focus Areas
We're science, art, and engineering focused rather than business-driven, though not business-opposed. We take occasional detours into policy and philosophy (usually at the end of the session). We're building at the intersection of domains, exploring how AI research translates into embodied applications that push beyond traditional academic boundaries.

We are transforming a 16-floor tower in San Francisco into a self-governed vertical village—a hub for frontier technologies and creative arts. Tier-one labs presenting AI, Ethereum, biotech, neuroscience, longevity, robotics, human flourishing, and arts & music. These floors will house innovators and creators pushing the boundaries of human potential in a post-AI-singularity world.
