Candice is a tax leader who provides companies and organizations with strategic tax planning and analysis services. She specializes in tax credits and incentives across areas such as research and development, renewable energy, electrification, decarbonization, mining, capital investments, and employee hiring, among others. She advises organizations across a variety of industries how to maximize available tax incentives while complying with complex compliance and documentation requirements. Candice is also the regional North America hub leader of the Global Credits, Grants, and Incentives team. She orchestrates incentives service offerings across multiple functions and service lines around the world for her clients.
Charles Yang is an Energy Supply Chain Fellow (via ORISE) at the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Office of Manufacturing and Energy Supply Chain (MESC), a new office in DOE focused on building domestic clean energy manufacturing capacity and securing our energy supply chains. Before joining MESC, Charles was an engineer at an AI hardware startup in the San Francisco Bay Area and was also a fellow at ARPA-E
