​What is Dance Flow Healing?

​Dance Flow classes are for all levels and require no dance experience. They combine free movement, rhythms, and trance experiences with guided movements and breathing. Classes start slowly and build to ecstatic sequences, focusing on inner connection through dance and music.

​Asana Groove Studio is a vibrant yoga studio in Madrid's Salamanca district.

​The studio offers a diverse range of classes, including Jivamukti Yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Awakening Yoga, Katonah, Yoga Nidra, Navakarana, Dance Flow, and Sound Meditation. With both in-person and livestream classes, Asana Groove aims to keep practitioners elevated, groovy, and grounded

​Cristina, born in Madrid and raised in London & Switzerland, comes from a family deeply rooted in dance; her mother was a professional dancer & choreographer of the Royal Ballet of Bolivia. With training from top dance studios in London and experience performing with Disney, Cristina believes dance is a powerful form of therapy. She teaches Dance Flow classes, aiming to connect the 5 bodies of consciousness and promote healing. Through intention and intuitive movement, her classes help students connect with their true selves, fostering ease in movement and releasing tension and fear.

​Cristina's workshops are energizing, introspective, and expansive, showcasing dance as a therapeutic tool.
