alexa hughes is a dynamic entrepreneur and community leader passionate about fostering creativity and business growth. she founded a thriving women’s entrepreneurship community, creatrus, in los angeles and spearheads an artist-in-residency program at moss, a co-working space, where she curates monthly events for aspiring and established entrepreneurs.

alexa is also the founder of the flaccid cactus, a unique plant consultation and accessories business that blends her love for greenery with design. with a background in project management and a drive for innovation, she creates spaces where creativity, business, and community intersect.
