In this 90 minute workshop, we'll create an intention to focus your mind and apply a combination of collage, drawing and breathing to drop into the present moment.
Bring the following to class:
Old magazines, catalogs, newspapers (anything with color, words or texture that you can cut up)
Paper or cardboard (something sturdy to collage on)
Optional materials that are fun to incorporate if you have them:
Paint (to make your own collage materials or to add accents to your collage)
Gel pens (white, gold, metallic)
Modge Podge and brushes for glue
