Introducing— Creative Collage Journalling: The Online Workshop! 🎨 🥳
Join us at Bloom for an afternoon of therapeutic art journalling, release and connection guided by Meghan Watson, Registered Psychotherapist and Bloom founder.
We will be meeting via Zoom on Sunday November 3rd 2024 at 3:00 PM ET (Eastern Standard Time)

This offering is for you if you're curious about exploring therapeutic creative practices virtually in community🎨, or simply looking for fresh inspiration to add to an existing journalling practice 📓.
Grounded and informed by narrative, art and somatic therapies, we will learn ways to integrate collage as a tool for personal exploration and healing, and dive deep into therapeutic prompts in a supportive online community setting.

You Will Need (The Basics):
Scissors.
Glue or tape.
Paper or a notebook (ruled, lined, blank, dotted — your choice!)
Ideally something that can handle a bit of glue/ tape.
Pens, markers, or any writing utensil you prefer.
A few magazines to cut and paste, fancy wrapping paper, newspaper, or any interesting paper or card stock you have laying around 😊
New or old, expensive or not, it doesn’t matter as long as you like it and it works for you.
No need to buy anything extravagant to participate! You can start with any magazine, scrap paper, photos or images you already have, a glue stick or regular clear tape, and a ballpoint pen!
