Celtic Regeneration: An Introduction to Regenerative Practice in the Celtic Isles
How can the deep "patterns of place" guide us toward regenerative action in times of global uncertainty? Join us for a holistic introduction to regenerative practice and a panel conversation highlighting efforts across the UK & Ireland Community of Practice to create "place-sourced" impact in the Celtic Isles.
Over the past 30 years, Regenesis has pioneered the field of regenerative practice—now advanced by a global community of practitioners applying our methodology in their own communities. This seminar will begin with an overview of regenerative practice as a discipline for working in service to the potential of living systems, led by Joel Glanzberg, founding faculty of the Regenesis Institute. We’ll be joined by Mordon, Cornish cultural activist, and Ciara Moynihan, Irish regenerative consultant—both members of the UK & Ireland host team for The Regenerative Practitioner UK & Ireland 2025—who will share exciting insights from their application of our regenerative development methodology to community change processes in Cornwall and Ireland. Building on Regenesis’ globally influential work on how to understand essential “patterns of place,” we’ll explore how the UK & Ireland Community of Practice is developing culturally rooted, ancestrally informed approaches to regenerative development in a Celtic context. We'll close with updates on how to join the community through the upcoming The Regenerative Practitioner Series UK & Ireland cohort in 2025.
This seminar is for those called to deep change work—whether in business, land stewardship, community development, or other system-shaping fields—and who seek a transformative approach and practice community to enable it. We especially welcome those living or working in the UK or Ireland, or who trace their ancestry there, to join this timely conversation.
