About Event

Join us for a candid conversation with Josh as he shares insights from traditional private equity that led him to pioneer a new model of impact-driven investing.

This session will explore:

  • The importance of skill-building, failure, and long-term conviction in shaping a durable career

  • How traditional career foundations can be leveraged to pursue non-traditional paths

  • The opportunity for younger generations to rethink how capital, incentives, and impact intersect

Expect honest stories, actionable insights, and time for Q&A. Whether you're considering a traditional or purpose-driven career start, this conversation will provide encouragement through perspective from the top floors of Park Avenue.

Josh is an MBA candidate at Stanford GSB and a former Associate at Blackstone Private Equity and Analyst at J.P. Morgan M&A. He most recently served as General Manager at Moonbug Entertainment, where he led global operations for Little Angel, Netflix’s #5 top kids show. At J.P. Morgan, he led global modeling training for two years and has since taught workshops at universities across the country. Now at Stanford, Josh is introducing a new model for how impact-focused investment firms link financial performance with social impact. He holds an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M and a culinary certificate from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris.
