Who is Dr. Thokozile Lewanika:
Dr. Thokozile is a Strategic Advisor and Consultant in Leadership Development, Learning, and Education. She is also a High-Performance Facilitator, Coach, and Speaker on topics such as Women in Leadership, Future-Fit Learning, Self-Leadership, and Parenting in the 4IR era. For over 20 years, she has focused on transforming human capital strategies, mindsets, and behaviours to drive performance and culture change.
She has held senior roles including:
Group Head of Leadership, Learning & Talent at Absa Bank
Group Head of Talent, Leadership & OD at Discovery Ltd
Head of Talent Management & OD for Africa Cluster at Novartis
