NBPA Brotherhood Deli Presented by Chase Freedom

Tickets to Brotherhood Deli (“Event”) at Thomas & Mack Center are revocable licenses that only grant a one-time entry into the Brotherhood Deli at Thomas & Mack Center, with no right of re-entry. Tickets for Summer League and the Thomas & Mack Center are sold separately.  

The purchaser and/or bearer of tickets to the Event, and any individual seeking entry to the Event through the use of a ticket, including minors ("Holder"), agree that (i) such license is subject to these terms ("Terms"), and (ii) by purchase, acceptance and/or use of such license, each Holder is deemed to have read and understood the Terms, and agreed to be bound by them. Failure to comply with the Terms shall result in forfeiture of the license and all rights arising under it without refund and entitle the NBPI, and/or, if applicable, Thomas & Mack Center (individually or collectively, "Management") to pursue all legal remedies available. Admission may be refused or revoked and Holder may be ejected in NBPI's sole discretion. The Event date and time are subject to change at NBPI's sole discretion, and no such change shall entitle Holder to a refund or other remedy at law or in equity if Holder cannot attend or for any other reason.  

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND RESALE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. IN NO EVENT SHALL HOLDER BE ENTITLED TO ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION. ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CAUSE OF ACTION IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE TICKET OR THE EVENT SHALL BE RESOLVED BY MANDATORY, CONFIDENTIAL, FINAL, AND BINDING ARBITRATION IN NEW YORK, REGARDLESS OF WHERE HOLDER RESIDES OR FROM WHERE THE TICKET WITH WHICH HOLDER SEEKS ADMISSION WAS PURCHASED. HOLDER AND NBPI AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. HOLDER UNDERSTANDS, ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THEY ARE WAIVING THEIR RIGHT TO A COURT OR JURY TRIAL AND ANY RIGHT TO LITIGATE OR ARBITRATE ANY CLAIM AS A CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR CLASS ARBITRATION. IF HOLDER DOES NOT CONSENT TO THIS CLAUSE, HOLDER MUST LEAVE OR NOT ENTER THE EVENT. THIS CLAUSE IS GOVERNED BY THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT.

Chase Freedom cardholders may be asked to present their eligible Chase Freedom card (in either physical or digital form) used to purchase the tickets to be admitted into the Event. Failure to present the Card could result in denied entry to the event and possible termination of the tickets. Tickets are available on a first-come, first served basis. Availability is limited.  

Holder must be of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly.  NBPI reserves the right to remove any person from any event for inappropriate behavior including but not limited to, conduct that is disruptive, abusive, or violent. 

Holder understands that the NBPA, Chase, and the Thomas and Mack Center may photograph, videotape, or otherwise record participants in the Event and may edit and publish such recordings on their respective websites, social media channels, or any other media platforms now existing or hereafter created. Holder authorize the NBPA, Chase, and the Thomas and Mack Center to use Holder’s name, image, voice, likeness, and performance in perpetuity in connection with any promotion, advertising, or publicity relating to the Event, future events, such entity or as background in content pieces produced by the NBPA, Chase, and the Thomas and Mack Center or its affiliates without further compensation, obligation, permission or notification.

Hosted by the NBPA, this is your chance to hang out with Scoot, snap some pics, and maybe even snag an autograph.
