1 pound 90/10 ground beef Sub: ground chicken, ground turkey, ground lamb 1/4 cup crumbled feta Can omit or sub for: arabi cheese, mozzarella, any cheese of preference 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon dried mint 1/2 teaspoon coriander 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 2-3 pita breads (about 6 to 7 inches diameter) vegetable oil or avocado oil
