Monthly COOhort Meetup

​The topic of this month's meetup is going to be "The Art of Managing Managers". The amazing Sarah Touzani, the Founder of Waggle.work, will host a roundtable exploring best practices for bringing out the best in your direct reports who are managers/functional heads (as opposed to managing individual contributors).

The purpose of these monthly virtual meetups are for COOs (and similar level) to discuss specific topics like managing upwards, dysfunctional leadership teams, org performance, hybrid working, or whatever we are going through as we lead our respective companies. Please be prepared to raise the topics that you would most like to get advice on or share best practices on!
