​As a former Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, Samantha brings a deep understanding of the management consulting industry and what it takes to succeed in the application process. She led the events workstream for Washington University in St. Louis recruiting, and her team organized resume workshops, case workshops, and other sessions to help candidates apply and interview at McKinsey.

​During her time at McKinsey, she led a hiring accelerator for one of her clients where she reviewed resumes, wrote resume review criteria, and wrote job descriptions to help this client determine who to interview and ultimately hire.
