​​As a lead full-time recruiter for Bain Texas offices (on top of her responsibilities as a Senior Associate), she knows the Bain recruiting process extremely well. She comes from a non-traditional background (Political Science major with no previous business experience) and is passionate about making MBB management consulting available to a diverse set of individuals. She has successfully coached 15+ individuals from beginning to end who received and accepted full-time offers at Bain & Company, as well as other MBB firms.
