Synopsis of Panel

User Experience (UX) is a hot focus right now, where an increasing number of organisations are applying human centered design principles to develop processes that offer a positive and engaging experience. Curriculum/ L&D designers are applying UX principles to develop experiential learning programmes, that stimulate, engage and result in higher knowledge retention. UX principles have found its way into HR, where HR teams are designing more effective and memorable moments that matter for employees.
