​I'm a member of the ON Community. How can I claim my discount?

​Check your inbox: chances are, you've already received an email from us that contained your discount code. If you can't find it, email events@operationsnation.com and we'll get back to you shortly.

​I'm based outside the UK and would love some help with the travel costs.

​We know that international travel isn't cheap, so we offer an extra discount to folks based outside the UK. Reach out to events@operationsnation.com and tell us where you're based to find out how you can claim the discount.

​What should I do if I got a ticket, but can't make it to the event?

​You may request a refund for your ticket up to 21 days before the date of the cONference. Your ticket is transferable, but please let us know at least 7 days before the event to ensure great participant experience. Tickets cannot be shared - one person per ticket for the whole event.

​I would like to attend with my team, are there discounts?

​Sure thing! If you would like to attend with three or more people from your team (same company), please reach out to events@operationsnation.com and we'll gladly set up the discount for you and your teamies.
