About VWDA (Vibes With Dr Adaku)
Dr Adaku Jennifer Agwunobi, also known as 'DR ADAKU', is the founder of 'VIBES WITH DR ADAKU' and the President of Oxford University's Blockchain Society. She is a British-Nigerian singer/songwriter and PhD holder with 4 degrees, and was also the first Black doctoral researcher at her previous campus to obtain a PhD, which she finished within 2 years and 10 months of starting. She is also a Postdoc and Fellow at the University of Oxford and the current president of the Oxford Blockchain Society. A software developer and creative, DR ADAKU released her debut album 'the vibes are known' in 2021 which is a fusion of cultures and vibes, as well as the home of “Egwu Ukwu” which she is known for. Genres include highlife, afrobeats, R&B/soul and UK rap. Over the years, 'Vibes With Dr Adaku' have organised several successful events at the intersection of blockchain development and creativity including global developer days and headline web3 concerts.
