🧠 About the Event:
You don’t need a startup idea to start thinking like a founder.
Join a cohort of 20–25 insanely ambitious, talented, and driven women. This is your chance to deep dive into the key building blocks of company creation over four Wednesday evenings. Whether you’re a student, builder, researcher, or deep domain expert, this series will help you realise how much you already know, and what it takes to turn that into a company.
Each week, we’ll tackle a different part of the early-stage founder journey in a practical, discussion-driven format. You’ll work in small groups led by the EF team and come away with the tools, frameworks, and confidence to help make you a founder-first.
Weekly format:
18:15 - Arrival
18:30-19:00 - Core topic presentation
19:00 - 19:45 - Small group ideations
19:45 - 20:00 - Presentation of ideas
20:00 - 20:30 - Dinner and debrief

Wednesday 7th May: Why Market Selection Matters
Learn what makes some problems worth solving. And others a waste of time.
Wednesday 14th May: Edge and Ideation
Explore one way to think about discovering your unique right to win, and what ideas might emerge from it.
Wednesday 21st May: Customer Development
Get out of your head and learn how to validate (or kill) an idea. We’ll discuss frameworks for assessing who to speak and how to get hold of them.
Wednesday 28th May: Building an MVP
You don’t need a dev team. You need clarity. Learn how to test an idea fast.
You must be able to attend at least 3 of the 4 sessions to join.
