Community Platform Collabathon
What if our community and all those who want to support more regenerative agriculture had a community platform built for them to collaborate, learn, and grow together? Participants will work together to shape Hylo to be the digital community platform for regenerative agriculture. This Collabathon will help enable and activate:
-Community among farmers
-Community between farmers and the public
-Deeper connection between people and their landscapes & bioregions
-A greater flow of resources towards regenerative outcomes

Thurs 9/9 - Farm Pages Design Review
GOAL - Present UI designs based on previous sessions, reflect and share input, and reach coherence on how designs should be adjusted.
Prework:
Everyone review designs in Miro and comment with input
Call Agenda:
Aaron presents designs, explains choices, answers questions
Input session with personas representatives
Agree on updates to ensure we are coherent on next steps
Review emergent priorities and agree on agendas for next calls

Aaron B: Make updates to designs, share again
Hylo: After coherence is reached, Hylo team will start implementation on Farm Pages (and will share a timeline estimate)
Thurs 9/16 - Regen Foundation Deep Dive
GOAL - Map the Regen Foundation ecosystem of community DAOs and explore how a community platform can support their participation in RN governance and distribution of staking rewards.
Call Agenda:
Map RF’s current & desired network architecture
Explore how we might structure groups on Hylo to support community staking DAOs, and what additional functionality might be needed
Discuss:
What are all the different groups we desire to participate in the DAOs?
How can we use Hylo to engage the wider community and onboard each group into relationship with Regen Foundation?
What actions will the groups take in the course of their participation in the DAOs?
