This 4-hour online hackathon is designed for community leaders, managers, and enthusiasts who want to create solutions that make their community work easier, faster, or more impactful. Whether you join solo or team up with another participant, you’ll have everything you need to bring your idea to life.

Agenda
1:00 – 1:20 PM — Intro to Lovable
A guided walkthrough from the Lovable team to get you building fast.
1:20 – 4:20 PM — Build Time
3 hours of focused creation. Lovable mentors and Francisco will be on hand to support you.
4:20 – 4:50 PM — Project Presentations
Each team has 3 minutes to demo their project and share what it does.
4:50 – 5:00 PM — Winners & Wrap-Up
Celebrate the winning projects and discuss next steps for making them real.

A simple web app where members sign up to get automated email reminders for community events.
Member Onboarding Checklist
A personalised, shareable checklist new members can tick off as they complete onboarding steps.
Community Poll Generator
A quick tool for creating polls and sharing them via unique links, with results displayed in real-time.
FAQ Finder
A searchable knowledge base that lets members find answers to common community questions instantly.
Mentorship Matcher
A basic matching tool that pairs mentors and mentees based on interests, skills, and availability.
Volunteer Sign-Up Board
A page where members can view upcoming volunteer tasks and claim a slot.
Feedback Collector
A form that collects member feedback, automatically categorises it (e.g., events, content, platform issues), and stores it in a spreadsheet view.
Content Idea Bank
A collaborative space where members submit post ideas, vote on them, and mark favourites for the community manager to use.
Shoutout Wall
A simple page where members can give public kudos to others, boosting recognition and morale.
Resource Link Hub
A centralised directory of community resources (guides, templates, videos) with categories and search.
