Envision, Map, and Build: Crafting an Internal Community Experience [The Community Experience]
Envision, Map, and Build: Crafting an Internal Community Experience
We’re excited to launch The Community Experience, a new workshop series designed to help you translate stakeholder requirements into actionable community frameworks. In this series, we’ll work together to uncover a community's vision, goals, and needs and then design a tailored structure with the features and spaces required to bring it to life.
About the First Workshop
Our inaugural session, Envision, Map, and Build: Crafting an Internal Community Experience, is a hands-on simulation focused on designing an internal community for academics at the prestigious University of Cambridge, UK.
You’ll gain practical insights into:
1.- Identifying and prioritising stakeholder requirements.
2.- Defining a clear community vision and engagement goals.
3.- Mapping a structure with key features and spaces tailored to meet user needs.
4.- Building the actual community structure using a community platform relevant to the case and requirements.
5. Networking: time to have meaningful conversations after our learning mind is full.
What You’ll Walk Away With:
• A step-by-step approach to designing community architectures.
• Practical tools to align business and community goals.
• A clear understanding of how to create scalable, impactful internal communities.
Francisco Opazo, Founder of Led by Community, will facilitate this workshop.
